Sectional Lining System

Single repair 2-3 foot (600mm – 900mm long) installed through the inspection opening using the mini camera for exact placement.

Ability to line multiple bends from 5 degrees to 90 degrees and available in sizes from 40mm throught to 300mm.

The push in place system or full lenght lining system can be used on this type of work and the bladder is launched from a inspection opening through to the cracked or broken pipe which is followed by a CCTV camera for pin point accuracy.
Once the bladder is in place then the bladder is blown up with compressed air and then is left to cure (curing time depends on the ambiant tempreture)
Once the curing time has elapsed then the air is released and the bladder is removed.
Then the CCTV camera is inserted back up the line to make sure that the relining procees was successful.
