However, in saying this I just wanted you to know that as far as I am concerned (THE CUSTOMER) I am sure that you realize that you have a couple of excellent assets in Nathan and Max, If you don’t then I suggest you do what ever it takes to keep them in your employee as they are terrific blokes and very good at what they do . These two chaps were pleasant, professional and on time. They even rang me to advise that they were on their way. This is un heard of in not only your trade, however ,most trades in general.

The quality of the work was excellent from what I saw and understand . I hope I do not have to use your guarantee of its fixed or its free, however just knowing that you put your reputation behind your work like this gives me a great degree of comfort as I am sick and tire of being ripped off by tradesmen.
I may have more work for Nathan and Max shortly and will give you a call when I need the quote for drainage in my lower room. I would prefer to keep using these fella’s for future work should it arise

"We were constanly getting blocked drain, so we called No dig pipe relining and they CCTV our sewer line to find tree roots entering our old clay pipes.
With the problem occuring under our house and the thought of digging up the concrete slab in the dining room was to much to bear until we were told that the pipe could be relined at a fraction of the cost to dig it up.
The boys were efficient and cleaned up after themselves which is not what we have found before from other tradesman.
I would recommend No dig pipe relining to anyone who has blocked drains and is sick of just clearing the pipes, this is the best solution."
